Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. Items must be in original condition with packaging.

What Can Be Returned

• Unopened pet food and treats
• Unused toys and accessories
• Defective or damaged items
• Items that don't fit as expected

What Cannot Be Returned

• Opened pet food or treats (for health and safety reasons)
• Used or damaged items (unless defective)
• Personalized or custom items
• Live animals

How to Return

2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
3. Package items securely
4. Ship using provided label

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors when available. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
